Rustic California Mission Wedding

Monday morning friends! Rise and shine y'all. I know. I have been absent for a bit. No intentionally. Life has just gotten away from me. I knew that the balance of this new job and blogging would and still is taking time. And that is okay. I will get the hang of it. Pinky promise :)

Michelle and Jimmy put together a perfect wedding full of rustic goodness. From the vintage car to the pink and historic Mission this wedding is so gorgeous. My all time favorite detail is the candlelight reception dinner. This is one wedding were you can tell the bride and groom worked to create an intimate and relaxing reception. Kelsey Crews Photo we are a big fan and thank you for sharing!

This Santa Barbara County Wedding was held at the Lompoc La Purisma Mission. The pink bell tower creates the perfect backdrop for a wedding filled with romance. Laura Cogan, of Passion Flowers, designed the perfect bouquets. The groom added to the romantic atmosphere by holding a classic pocket watch. The Mission's rustic details and unique colors really made the setting shine. It's not every day that you see details like this. Topping it all off, the automobile that picked them up at the end of the night was an old status symbol from the 1920's, a Pierce Arrow. Everything about this wedding was elegant and romantic: the beautiful historic setting, the candle-lit reception, and the many romantic details.
