Vintage & DIY Fall Tennessee Wedding

Today's couple is so charming and one-of-a-kind. The best part about this lovely DIY wedding? The things I love about this couple i.e. charming, warm, & talented show through in their wedding which is the way it should be. The things to love are the amazing cake! It is so neat and even has mushrooms on it. I also love the quilt guestbook. Taking a guestbook and making it unique is always a must. Hannah Glogower Photography, thank you for this fabulous submission! Sigh, I love couple's who make their wedding their own.

Derek and Laura-Ann chose to marry on the first day of Autumn because it is their favorite season! The evening in downtown Franklin was perfect for a wedding with a bit of fall chill in the air. The couple married at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Franklin, TN. Derek works as the youth pastor there, so the couple was surrounded by lots of friends and family to share their special day with. One of the highlights of the night was when Derek called Laura-Ann's attention to the band playing, who happened to be made up of the couple's best friends. As the band started to play, Derek began singing the song "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Just one verse in, Laura-Ann joined him and every guest couldn't wipe the smile of their faces! It was a beautiful and romantic wedding for Derek and Laura-Ann.
