Gorgeous Australian Farmhouse Wedding

Oh happy Monday.

I really don't have words for today's wedding. It is brilliant. The bride. Her gown. The blooms. Australia. The barn. The candles. The radiant smiles.

Y'all, I just have no words. And you know that never happens here. The pictures do all the talking.

Gold Hat Photography, you have 100% spoiled us with your work and this wedding. And well, we cannot say thank you enough.

Le sigh. Le sigh.

Kirby is Australian and Jonathan is English but they met in Greece while on a working holiday.

On the morning of the wedding, Kirby’s wedding dress’ zipper broke and it took all 4 bridesmaids and Kirby's mother to fix it

The wedding reception and ceremony were held at a farmhouse 30 minutes out of central Melbourne, Australia. The ceremony took place in a candlelight barn, followed by a delicious meal, a live band and the reception in the farmhouse.

Antique Black and Gold City Hall Wedding

It is official. Emily (today's bride) has the best gown. Gold with a black lace overlay. Oh my.

Emily and John just didn't want to wait anymore so they went to City Hall to tie the knot. And I don't blame them. I love the thrill and feeling of getting married and counting down the days.

Even more special, the couple got married on their 8 year anniversary. This ceremony is intimate, sweet, charming but mostly, unforgettable. Emily and John radiate happiness.

Sometimes it is so nice to see a wedding stripped down to just the words spoken between the couple. No décor. No big guest list. Just perfect.

A big thank you to Robyn Blasi Photography for this one-of-a-kind submission!

Emily and John had a lovely ceremony at the Hartford City Hall in Hartford, CT. They are planning a reception for next year, but couldn't wait to be married. They were married on their 8 year anniversary. Emily chose to wear a beautiful gold and black dress instead of a traditional white gown.
