Navy, Yellow and Cheery Vineyard Wedding

Oh boy do I have a gorgeous, gorgeous wedding for you today! I really am on the edge of my seat, so excited to share this couple today.

Madeline and Nick are so charming. This couple is sweeter than pie and put together one fun wedding. From the DIY centerpieces, rustic barn and stunning vineyard to the brides lace gown, rustic white bouquet and the guys gray suits, this wedding was well thought out. Madeline and Nick created an atmosphere that is lovely but also focused on their happiness and sheer excitement to marry one another.

Guys, I love it all but here are just some of my favorites.

Things to love:
  • all the images of sunshine
  • the smiles of literally every single guest
  • their first dance
  • their sweet and intimate first look
  • the yellow flowers dangling from the altar
  • everything
Oh and their couple photos in the vineyard, oh man, oh man.

Evan Chung Photography, your work never lets us down.

This warm summer wedding was held at a gorgeous vineyard located in Clarksburg, CA. There was a enchanting old barn at the center of fields and vineyards. With plenty of colorful DIY details, it was a great mix with the vintage truck and rustic setting. Homemade pies, hand crafted centerpieces and flower seed sachet table assignments gave off a warm and inviting vibe. However, the twinkling lights, the bride's lacy gown and the formal ceremony made the whole affair quite elegant. It was a beautiful juxtaposition of modern elegance and country hospitality.

Manor in the Woods Vermont Wedding

Guys, I am back in the saddle. I am back to blogging and back to the real world. Last week I was in Chicago saying goodbye see you later to my grandfather. His service was amazing. A true celebration of what life can and should be. He was a veteran and his service was such a tribute. What an honor. I don't think my words would do the service honor. Thank you for all your kind words and prayers. I appreciate you more than you know.

What a better way to get back to blogging than with this awesome wedding. Even better than the wedding, the couple. Sarah and Grant are so giddy for one another and that is beyond refreshing. Their wedding is rustic, charming, heartfelt and outdoorsy. I love the idea of getting married by a cabin in the woods.

Just look at Grant and Sarah. I mean the guy punches the air when he kisses his bride. And the first look. Oh heavens. Such a sweet memories for this lovely couple!

You know it is going to be if it comes from the lovely team at Ampersand Wedding Photography!

Oh, and happy Monday y'all.

Last Saturday we found ourselves spending the day with Sarah and Grant. Their lovely Stowe Mountain wedding was an absolute delight filled with great friends, big families and tons of laughter. The Edson Hill Manor provided an incredible venue with plenty of amazing grounds to shoot on and a perfect venue for a Vermont Wedding. The pairing of yellows and blues in the green mountains created a beautiful canvas for us to put together. The leaves are just starting to change which fit the wonderfully crisp air and lent itself to the all around perfection of their big day. The wedding was officiated by a former NFL player who had an amazing way with words and was just another thing we immensely enjoyed about Sarah and Grant’s big day!
